(1) Candidates can apply electronically through the International Student Application System on the dates determined by the Senate upon the recommendation of the Coordination Board.
(2) The documents required for the application, special conditions, and explanations, if any, are announced in the application guide and on the International Student Coordination Office website.
(3) Candidates can make a maximum of 5 (five) preferences from the announced quotas for which they are entitled to apply and whose ranking they specify.
(4) The documents requested in the application are scanned and recorded in the system, and the originals of these documents are submitted by the applicant during the final registration.
(6) In their applications, candidates must submit;
a) A document showing that they have the minimum score from the exams and diplomas accepted for application,
b) A copy of the page(s) of the passport showing their identity information and validity period,
c) A certified copy of the diploma or temporary graduation certificate,
ç) An official transcript showing all courses and grades,
d) A colored passport-size photograph taken within the last six months.
(7) Applications made outside the application period with uncertified or incomplete documents will not be accepted.
(8) The candidate may be asked to verify the information and documents submitted during the application. If any inconsistency is detected in the information and documents, the candidate's application will be deemed invalid even if they have registered for the program.
(9) Applicants must declare through the application system that they have sufficient financial security to continue their higher education and to provide for their livelihood.
